CUSTOM-DESIGNED GIFT BASKETS

Would you like to have a customized gift designed for your a special gift giving need, occasion or event?  We custom design gifts to suit for tournaments, meetings, promotional events, trade shows, product launches, employee incentives – you name it and we can help you create it. We may also incorporate corporate promotional materials, business cards, brochures, etc. or other specially branded items upon request into a custom gift basket design.

YOU’VE BEEN GIFTED! INC. will work closely with you to help provide you with the perfect gift(s).  For more information please contact us.

Please note that our Custom Baskets start at a minimum cost of $75.00.  Should special items be required a Custom Fee of $20.00 + gst will be added to the order(s).  Additional time may be required to fulfill special product requests.

HOLIDAY GIFTS:  companies/individuals interested in custom made Holiday gift baskets or bulk orders may contact us early for an advanced preview, and/or to have us custom design your very own one-of-a-kind gift baskets this holiday season.

HOURS OF OPERATION

We are open for you Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.  We observe all Alberta holidays so please ensure you place your orders at least two business days before a holiday, so that it may be shipped. PLEASE NOTE:  we do not provide Saturday and Sunday gift delivery service.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa and MasterCard when ordering online and/or by phone.  Please note that 5% GST will be added to all orders and payment is due at the time the order is placed.  Please contact us with any special requests or questions BEFORE placing your order.

GIFT CARD INSCRIPTIONS

Personalized gift cards with inscriptions are included with each gift basket at no additional cost.  Please ensure that you complete the Card Inscription box at the time of ordering so that your gift arrives with a card.  If the Card Inscription information is not provided, no Gift Card will be sent.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

ALL gift basket orders require the following: 

  1. The recipients full name
  2. A proper physical address (we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, please ensure the proper shipping address)
  3. A daytime contact phone number (important!)

We deliver throughout Canada and our preferred courier company for deliveries outside of The City of Calgary is FedEx. 

CITY OF CALGARY & area:  For most orders, next business day delivery may be available provided your order is placed before 11:00 am (MST) Monday-Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are typically shipped out the following Monday (unless the Monday is a holiday in which case they will be sent out on the Tuesday).  

Deliveries are made between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm daily for orders going within the City of Calgary.  We strongly suggest providing a delivery address where there will be somebody there to personally receive the gift.

OUTSIDE CITY OF CALGARY:  Transit times are an estimate only and not guaranteed.  Please note we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.  Gift baskets sent outside of Calgary and surrounding areas will be shipped using either FedEx Ground Service or FedEx Express service. 

Deliveries sent via FedEx are typically made between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday-Friday.  Please choose your preferred delivery service at checkout.  We strongly suggest providing a delivery address where there will be somebody there to personally receive the gift.

For gift basket orders containing wine and/or spirits, an adult over 18 years of age must be available to personally sign for the delivery.

If you have a rush order, need to guarantee a specific delivery time, or are ordering a gift basket containing perishables please contact us prior to ordering to discuss your required delivery date(s) and/or choose the FedEx Express option at checkout.

Saturday Delivery:  Saturday delivery is not available to all locations and if you require a Saturday delivery service, please contact us personally with the postal code of where you would like your order delivered to, so that we may confirm if this can be arranged or not.

Delivery Quotes:  So that we may provide you with an estimated days in transit time for orders going outside of Calgary, please call or email us prior to ordering.  We will be happy to provide you a delivery ETA. 

Transit Times:  The number of days in transit (the number of days it takes to get there) varies based on the location that your gift basket(s) is going to.  Unless FedEx Express service is chosen, these days in transit are an estimate, and not guaranteed. 

We strongly recommend clients choose FedEx Express for gift baskets containing perishables (chocolate, cheese etc.) and/or gift baskets sent in the summer months.

*Transit time guidelines may not apply to rural and remote locations.  Please call us with the postal code of where your gift is being delivered, so that we may provide you a specific transit time and price.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If you are unsure whether there will be anybody available to receive the gift personally, FedEx may leave a "door tag" delivery notice that a delivery attempt was made.  In some instances, should there be nobody there to receive the package, the courier may, at his/her discretion, leave the package at the door if he/she deems it to be safe.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses & Re-directs:  In the event that the shipping address provided by the customer is incomplete or the recipient has relocated and the gift needs to be re-directed, we are charged a service fee for the re-direct and will in turn charge that cost back to our client.  Please ensure you have a proper shipping address before ordering. 

YOU’VE BEEN GIFTED! INC. will not be responsible for undeliverable gifts due to an incorrect address.

HOLIDAY ORDERING

Major holidays, particularly Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are very busy times when order volumes increase tremendously.  We suggest to our clients when ordering around a holiday to provide as much advance notice as possible.  During the Christmas season we start taking pre-book orders as early as August for December deliveries.  Please contact us for more information.

MULTIPLE GIFT BASKET ORDERS

If you would like to order multiple gift baskets to be delivered to multiple different addresses, please contact us by phone or by mail so that we may help you with your order.  Online ordering is currently available for gift basket(s) being delivered to the same delivery address.

RETURN POLICY

All gift baskets are shipped out for delivery with care, and packaged to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition.  YOU'VE BEEN GIFTED! INC. is unable to hand deliver all gift baskets and ALL damaged shipments must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

We will endeavor to replace damaged items if reported within this time frame.  Our clients happiness and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us, however will will not be held responsible for damages not reported within 48 hours of receipt. 

PLEASE NOTE:  in the event of damaged goods/items, please be sure to keep all damaged packaging as it may be requested by the carrier, to be returned to YOU'VE BEEN GIFTED! INC.  All damaged goods/items must be returned to YOU'VE BEEN GIFTED! INC. in the original gift basket packaging and carton it was delivered in order to be reviewed for a credit or replacement.

REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction and gift basket quality is of the utmost importance to YOU'VE BEEN GIFTED! INC.  If your gift arrives damaged we will either replace it or provide you with a refund on your purchase. Please see our Return Policy for more information regarding replacement products.

If we make a mistake with your order we will do everything we can to fix it, and make it right for you.  If the gift basket received is not what was ordered we will replace it or refund your purchase. Please see our Substitution Policy for more information.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

While we make every effort to ensure that the gift received appears as pictured and described as closely as possible, due to stock and seasonal availability, product substitution(s) may be necessary from time to time to ensure your gift is delivered in a timely manner.  We will endeavor to ensure the greatest of care with any substitutions that are required and made are for products of equal or greater value.

All substitutions will be made according to our discretion and the client will not be notified unless the resulting overall design is drastically different from what is represented on our web site.
